Planning for the Pumpkin Patch, Fall Festival, Trunk or Treat and a Harvest Fling will soon be under way, please watch for detailed information in September’s newsletter. As always we covet your prayers as we reach out to our children and their families with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Please lift up our volunteers that give of their time to teach Sunday School and those that work with the children on Wednesdays. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing team of volunteers who deeply love Jesus and our precious children.

Hearts Intwined In Service

We are grateful for the service of these two sisters in Christ.  We do not know their names.  However, it is wonderful to receive their beautiful cards made especially for us at difficult times in our lives.  You will find this note tucked inside along with their special note inside just for you.

“We are two sisters in Christ, which have made a commitment to serve God with our time, talents, and service.  This card is a representation of that commitment and was made especially for you.  Our prayers have been stamped and sealed within? “

What a blessing!  Thank you!

The Stephen Ministry is based on bringing care, comfort and support to those who are hurting or experiencing hard places in life.  Stephen Ministers  provide care for individuals of all ages who need to be  touched and supported during times of struggle, recovery from loss of a loved one, divorce, sickness and those who are dying and their families.  Each minister is a caring indivual who has been completely trained to stand  with a person going through difficult times.  They provide the time and commitment that a pastor is unable to provide.  We have trained individuals in our church who are caring and have been equipped to help anyone who needs care.  All is confidential.
