Lake Area Ministries, Inc. (LAM) is a non-profit, non-denominational, faith based organization that has served the people of the Lake Region area for over 25 years.

Our primary mission is to serve as a Food Pantry in our service area, which includes PARTS of Clay, Bradford, Putnam, and Alachua Counties (we do not service: Interlachen, Palatka, Middleburg, or Orange Park). The boundaries are set in accordance with the school districts. We provide services regardless of race, religion, gender, age, disabilities, or national origin.  We currently serve approximately 750-800 families a month.

Contributions of food and money are needed and greatly appreciated and may be brought or mailed to our location.  LAM is a 501-C3 non-profit organization and all contributions are tax deductible.

You can serve with our Church on the 1st Monday of every month from 9:30am-1:00pm, by contacting the church office or you can sign up to help at any time by contacting LAM Director Tanya Dennis (352-235-2385).

LAM is open for distribution Monday and Wednesday from 10am-1pm and on Thursday from 5pm-7pm.  There is always something to do though so if you are able to help other times just let Tanya know.
